For the purposes described in subsection (b), and in addition to amounts otherwise available for such purposes there are appropriated, out of amounts in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the Secretary of Labor $35,000,000, for fiscal year 2024, to remain available through fiscal year 2029. The purposes described in this subsection are limited to the following purposes, insofar as such purposes are to carry out the provisions of, including the amendments made by, title I and IV:
Preparing, drafting, and issuing proposed and final regulations or interim regulations. Preparing, drafting, and issuing guidance and public information. Preparing, drafting, and publishing reports. Enforcement of such provisions. Reporting, collection, and analysis of data. Other administrative duties necessary for implementation of such provisions. The Secretary of Labor shall annually submit, no later than September 1st of each year, to the Committees on Education and Workforce and on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Committees on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions and on Appropriations of the Senate a report on funds expended pursuant to funds appropriated under this section.
