Section 1923(f)(7)(A) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396r–4(f)(7)(A) ) is amended— in clause (i)— by striking For the period beginning January 20, 2024, and ending September 30, 2024, and for each of fiscal years 2025 and inserting For each of fiscal years 2026 ; and by striking or period each place such term appears; and in clause (ii), by striking for the period beginning January 20, 2024, and ending September 30, 2024, and for each of fiscal years 2025 and inserting for each of fiscal years 2026 .
