Section 330B(b)(2) of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 254c–2(b)(2) ) is amended— in subparagraph (D), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (E), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and by adding at the end the following: $124,383,562 for the period beginning on January 20, 2024, and ending on September 30, 2024, to remain available until expended; $170,000,000 for fiscal year 2025, to remain available until expended; and $42,849,315 for the period beginning October 1, 2025, and ending December 31, 2025, to remain available until expended. .
