Section 4862(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by inserting after paragraph
(2)the following new paragraphs: Stainless steel flatware. Dinnerware. . Paragraphs
(3)and
(4)of section 4862(b) of title 10, United States Code, as added by subsection (a), shall take effect on January 1, 2026. Paragraphs
(3)and
(4)of section 4862(b) of title 10, United States Code, as added by subsection (a), are repealed effective January 1, 2029.
