Section 561 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 ( Public Law 111–84 ; 10 U.S.C. 1781 note) is amended, in subsection (b)— by redesignating paragraphs
(11)through
(16)as paragraphs
(12)through (17), respectively; and by inserting, after paragraph (10), the following new paragraph (11): Programs that encourage paternal engagement with the family. .
