Section 1794(b)(2) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by striking the period at the end and inserting by means including— ; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraphs: posting it in public areas of military child development centers; and providing it to the parents and legal guardians of children who attend military child development centers. .
