Section 575(a)(1) of the William M.
(Mac)Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 ( Public Law 116–283 ; 10 U.S.C. 7442 note) is amended by striking Not later than two years after the date of the enactment of this Act and inserting Not later than December 31, 2026 .
