Section 7455 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by striking subsection
(a)and inserting the following: A Board of Visitors to the Academy is constituted annually of— the chair of the Committee on Armed Services of the Senate, or the designee of such chair; the ranking member of the Committee on Armed Services of the Senate, or the designee of the ranking member; two other members of the Senate designated by the Majority Leader of the Senate, one of whom is a member of the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate; two other members of the Senate designated by the Minority Leader of the Senate, one of whom is a member of the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate; the chair of the Committee on Armed Services of the House of Representatives, or the designee of such chair; the ranking member of the Committee on Armed Services of the House of Representatives, or the designee of the ranking member; two other members of the House of Representatives designated by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, one of whom is a member of the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives; one other member of the House of Representatives designated by the Minority Leader of the House of Representatives; and six persons designated by the President. ; and in subsection (f), by inserting and the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and House of Representatives after the President both places it appears. Section 8468 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by striking subsection
