Section 492a of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in the heading, by striking and inserting Annual ; Biennial in subsection (a)— in paragraph (1), by inserting the odd-numbered after for each of ; and in paragraph (2)(G), by striking year both places it appears and inserting report ; and in subsection (b)— by striking paragraphs
(2)and (3); by striking and all that follows through Budget Office.— Not later than July 1 and inserting ; Budget Office.— Not later than July 1 by redesignating subparagraphs (A), (B), (C), and
(D)as paragraphs (1), (2), (3), and (4), respectively; in the matter preceding paragraph (1), as redesignated by subparagraph
