Section 1205 of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 ( Public Law 117–263 ; 136 Stat. 2830) is amended by striking such section 331 and all that follows and inserting the following: such section 331— in each of fiscal years 2023 and 2024 may not exceed $950,000,000; and in each of fiscal years 2025 and 2026 may not exceed $750,000,000. . Section 386(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended as follows: In paragraph (2)— by redesignating subparagraphs
(A)through
(H)as subparagraphs
(B)through (I), respectively; and by inserting before subparagraph (B), as so redesignated, the following: With respect to section 331 of this title, the value of all logistic support, supplies, and services for which notice is required by such section. . In paragraph (3)— by redesignating subparagraphs
(B)through
(J)as subparagraphs
(C)through (K), respectively; and by inserting after paragraph
(A)the following: The number of new programs carried out during the period of the report that required notice under section 331 of this title. .
