Section 485 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in the section heading, by striking and inserting Monthly counterterrorism operations briefings ; and Quarterly briefings on counterterrorism operations, irregular warfare, and sensitive activities by amending subsection
(a)to read as follows: The Secretary of Defense shall provide to the congressional defense committees quarterly briefings on counterterrorism operations and related activities (including the use of military force under the notion of collective self-defense of foreign partners), irregular warfare activities, and other sensitive activities conducted by the Department of Defense. . The table of sections for chapter 23 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking the item relating to section 485 and inserting the following: 485. Quarterly briefings on counterterrorism operations, irregular warfare, and sensitive activities. .
