Subsection
(c)of section 1595 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: The United States Element of the Inter-American Defense College. . Such section is further amended— in subsection (a), by striking institutions and inserting organizations ; and in subsection (c)— in the subsection heading, by striking Institutions and inserting Organizations ; and in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking institutions and inserting organizations .
