Section 8101 the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 7801 ) is amended— by redesignating paragraphs

(45)through

(52)as paragraphs

(46)through (53), respectively; and by inserting after paragraph

(44)the following new paragraph: The term secondary career and technical education school means a secondary school (including secondary career and technical education schools) that is an area career and technical education school described in subparagraph

(A)or

(B)of paragraph

(3)of section 3 of the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006 ( 20 U.S.C. 2032(3)(A) ; (B)). .
