The Secretary shall update the National Agricultural Workers Survey with such questions that, in the Secretary’s judgment, are useful to identify the incidence and prevalence of heat-related illness and injury and assess the impact of standards and enforcement pursuant to this Act. Within one year of the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Education and the Workforce of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions of the Senate a report on the Secretary’s implementation of this section.
