Section 4m(3) of the Commodity Exchange Act ( 7 U.S.C. 6m(3) ) is amended— in subparagraph (A)— by striking any commodity trading advisor and inserting a commodity pool operator or commodity trading advisor ; and by striking acting as a commodity trading advisor and inserting acting as a commodity pool operator or commodity trading advisor ; and in subparagraph (C), by inserting digital commodities, after physical commodities, .
