There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary for research, development, engineering, demonstration, and commercial application of vehicles and related technologies in the United States, including activities authorized under this Act— for fiscal year 2024, $313,567,000; for fiscal year 2025, $326,109,000; for fiscal year 2026, $339,154,000; for fiscal year 2027, $352,720,000; and for fiscal year 2028, $366,829,000.
