drug paraphernalia Section 422(f) of the Controlled Substances Act ( 21 U.S.C. 863(f) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking or at the end; in paragraph (2), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; or ; and by adding at the end the following: the possession, sale, or purchase of fentanyl drug testing equipment, including fentanyl test strips. .
