(8)through (11), respectively. Section 6418(f)(1) is amended— in subparagraph (A), by striking clause

(xi)as clauses
(vii)through (x), respectively, and in subparagraph (B), by striking (v), or
(vii)and inserting or
(v). The amendments made by this section shall take effect as if included in section 13701 of Public Law 117–169 .
