Subpart D of part IV of subchapter A of chapter 1 is amended by striking section 45Y (and by striking the item relating to such section in the table of sections for such subpart). Section 38(b), as amended by the preceding provisions of this Act, is amended— by striking paragraph (37), and by redesignating paragraphs
(38)and
(39)as paragraphs
(37)and (38), respectively. Section 6417(b), as amended by the preceding provisions of this Act, is amended by striking paragraph
(7)and redesignating paragraphs
(8)through
(11)as paragraphs
(7)through (10), respectively. Section 6418(f)(1) is amended— in subparagraph (A), by striking clause
(vii)and by redesignating clauses
(viii)through
(xi)as clauses
(vii)through (x), respectively, and in subparagraph (B), by striking (v), or
(vii)and inserting or
(v). The amendments made by this section shall take effect as if included in section 13701 of Public Law 117–169 .
