Section 47175 of title 49, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (3)(A) by striking and at the end and inserting or ; in paragraph (4)— in subparagraph

(A)by striking and at the end; and in subparagraph (B)— by striking

(B); and by redesignating clauses

(i)and

(ii)as subparagraphs

(B)and (C), respectively; by striking paragraph (5); by redesignating paragraphs (3), (1), (4), (2), (6), and

(8)as paragraphs (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), and (6), respectively; and by adding at the end the following: The term terminal development has the same meaning given such term in section 47102. .
