Section 157(b)(2) of the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2018 (49 U.S.C. 47113 note) is amended by adding at the end the following: The Secretary of Transportation shall report on a publicly accessible website the uniform report of DBE awards—commitments and payments specified in part 26 of title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, and the uniform report of ACDBE Participation for non-car rental and car rental concessions, for each airport sponsor beginning with fiscal year 2024. .
