Section 411 of the FAA Modernization and Reform Act of 2012 ( 49 U.S.C. 42301 note) is amended— in subsection (b)— by redesignating paragraphs

(3)and

(4)as paragraphs

(4)and (5), respectively; and by inserting after paragraph

(2)the following: ticket agents and travel management companies; ; and in subsection

(h)by striking 2023 and inserting 2028 .
