Section 40102(a)(47) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— in subparagraph
(C)by striking and at the end; in subparagraph
(D)by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: systems, software, and hardware operated, owned, and maintained by third parties that support or directly provide air navigation information and air traffic management services with Administration approval. .
