Not later than 3 years after the date of enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General shall initiate a study of the effectiveness of the Unmanned Aircraft Systems Collegiate Training Initiative established under section 632 of the FAA Reauthorization Act 2018 ( 49 U.S.C. 40101 note). Upon completion of the study under subsection (a), the Comptroller General shall submit to the appropriate committees of Congress a report describing— the findings of such study; and any recommendations to improve the Unmanned Aircraft Systems Collegiate Training Initiative.
