Section 47107 of title 49, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (m)(4) by striking an amount equal to and inserting an amount equal to double ; and in subsection (n)(1) by striking an amount equal to and inserting an amount equal to double . The amendments made by subsection
(a)shall not apply to any illegal diversion of airport revenues (as described in section 47107(m) of title 49, United States Code) that occurred prior to the date of enactment of this Act.
