Not less frequently than once each quarter, the Secretary of Defense shall provide to the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence of the House of Representatives a briefing on— significant military operations of the Department of Defense carried out during the immediately preceding quarter and funded by amounts made available under the Military Intelligence Program; and all clandestine operations in the information environment carried out during the immediately preceding quarter and funded or otherwise enabled by amounts made available under the Military Intelligence Program.
