Title V of the National Security Act of 1947 ( 50 U.S.C. 3091 et seq. ), as amended by section 410 , is further amended by adding at the end the following new section (and conforming the table of contents at the beginning of such Act accordingly): Not later than 45 days after the date on which the President submits to Congress the budget for each fiscal year pursuant to section 1105(a) of title 31, United States Code, the Director of National Intelligence shall submit to the congressional intelligence committees any legislative provisions that are proposed by the Director to be enacted as part of the annual intelligence authorization bill for that fiscal year. .
