Section 622(e)(2) of the Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001 ( Public Law 107–56 , 49 U.S.C. 40101 note) is amended by— striking ( and inserting 42 U.S.C. 10602 ) ( ; and 34 U.S.C. 20102 ) inserting ( after 34 U.S.C. 20101 et seq. ) grants under the Victims of Crime Act of 1984 . Section 40130(a)(1)(A) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking ( and inserting 42 U.S.C. 14616 ) ( . 34 U.S.C. 40316 )
