Section 10409A(d)(1) of the Animal Health Protection Act ( 7 U.S.C. 8308a(d)(1) ) is amended to read as follows: Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall make available to carry out this section $233,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2028, of which— not less than $10,000,000 shall be made available for each such fiscal year to carry out subsection (a); not less than $70,000,000 shall be made available for each such fiscal year to carry out subsection (b); and not less than $153,000,000 shall be made available for each such fiscal year to carry out subsection (c).
Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall make available to carry out this section $30,000,000 for fiscal year 2029 and each fiscal year thereafter, of which not less than $18,000,000 shall be made available for each of those fiscal years to carry out subsection (b). . Section 10409A(d)(2)(A) of the Animal Health Protection Act ( 7 U.S.C. 8308a(d)(2)(A) ) is amended— by striking $30,000,000 and inserting $45,000,000 ; and by striking 2019 through 2023 and inserting 2024 through 2028 .
Section 10409A(d)(2)(B) of the Animal Health Protection Act ( 7 U.S.C. 8308a(d)(2)(B) ) is amended by striking 2019 through 2023 and inserting 2024 through 2028 . Section 10409A(e)(1) of the Animal Health Protection Act ( 7 U.S.C. 8308a(e)(1) ) is amended by striking 2019 through 2023 and inserting 2024 through 2028 .
