In this Act: The term Assistant Secretary means the Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Communications and Information. The term Program means the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment Program established under section 60102(b)(1) of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ( 47 U.S.C. 1702(b)(1) ).
