Section 1304 of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 ( 15 U.S.C. 6503 ) is repealed. Section 1305(b) of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 ( 15 U.S.C. 6504(b) ) is amended by striking paragraph (3).
