Section 834(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 ( Public Law 117–81 ; 10 U.S.C. 4061 note) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: The Secretary of Defense may waive the priority established pursuant to paragraph
(1)for up to two solicitations for proposals per fiscal year. .
