In this Act: The term covered land means the approximately 200.18 acres of land depicted as Land Proposed for Conveyance on the map entitled Mountain View Corridor Completion Act and dated October 6, 2023. The term Secretary means the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the Bureau of Land Management. The term State means the State of Utah.
