Part II of subtitle A of title I of the Agriculture Act of 2018 ( 7 U.S.C. 9011 et seq. ) is repealed. Part II of subtitle A of title I of the Agriculture Act of 2014 ( 7 U.S.C. 9011 et seq. ), as in effect on the day before the date of the enactment of this Act, shall continue to apply through the 2023 crop year with respect to each covered commodity (as defined in section 1111(6) of such Act ( 7 U.S.C. 9011(6) )) on a farm.
