There are authorized to be appropriated— for fiscal year 2022 and for each of the 5 succeeding fiscal years, $15,000,000 to carry out section 201; for fiscal year 2022, $300,000,000 for the Harry S. Truman Scholarship Foundation Trust Fund, established by section 10 of Public Law 93–642 ( 20 U.S.C. 2009 ); and for fiscal year 2022, $20,000,000 for the James Madison Memorial Fellowship Trust Fund, established by section 811 of the James Madison Memorial Fellowship Act ( 20 U.S.C. 4510 ).
