There are authorized to be appropriated— for fiscal year 2022 and for each of the 5 succeeding fiscal years— $585,000,000 to carry out section 103; $200,000,000 to carry out section 104; and $50,000,000 to carry out section 106; and $150,000,000 for fiscal year 2022 and for each of the 5 succeeding fiscal years to carry out— section 105; and section 805 of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1161e ).
