Not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of Labor and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, shall develop a 1-page, plain-language, cover-page format for the model notice under section 432(e)(9)(F)(v) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (as in effect on the day before the date of the enactment of this Act) and section 305(e)(9)(F)(v) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ( 29 U.S.C. 1085(e)(9)(F)(v) ), as so in effect.
