(4)and
(5)as paragraphs
(3)and (4), respectively; in subsection (h)(1), by striking $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2001 through 2005 and inserting $50,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2023 through 2027 ; and by striking subsection (i).
