Nothing in this Act affects the authority of the Secretary of Energy to regulate air cleaners (as defined in section 430.2 of title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (as in effect on the date of enactment of this Act)), other than consumer room air cleaners (as defined in section 321 of the Energy Policy and Conservation Act ( 42 U.S.C. 6291 )).
