There are authorized to be appropriated, and there are appropriated, out of any monies in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the Director of the Bureau of Indian Affairs to carry out the road maintenance program of the Bureau— for each of fiscal years 2023 through 2027, $100,000,000; and for fiscal year 2028 and each fiscal year thereafter, $50,000,000. The amounts made available under subsection

(a)for fiscal year 2029 and each fiscal year thereafter shall be adjusted annually to reflect the change in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
