Section 1123(h) of MAP–21 ( 23 U.S.C. 202 note; Public Law 112–141 ) is amended by striking paragraph
(2)and inserting the following: There is authorized to be appropriated, and there is appropriated, out of any monies in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the program $50,000,000 for fiscal year 2023 and each fiscal year thereafter. .
