Section 184(i)(7) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1992 (12 U.S.C. 1715z–13a(i)(7)) is amended to read as follows: To carry out this section, there is authorized to be appropriated to the Guarantee Fund, and there is appropriated, out of any monies in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $20,000,000 for fiscal year 2023 and each fiscal year thereafter. The amount made available under subparagraph
(A)for fiscal year 2024 and each fiscal year thereafter shall be adjusted annually to reflect the change in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. . Title VI of the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act of 1996 ( 25 U.S.C. 4191 et seq. ) is amended— by striking the first section 606 ( 25 U.S.C. 4191 note) (relating to the effective date); and by adding at the end the following: There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to provide loan guarantees under this title— $10,000,000 for fiscal year 2023; and for fiscal year 2024 and each fiscal year thereafter, the applicable amount during the preceding fiscal year, as adjusted to reflect changes for the 12-month period ending the preceding November 30 in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the Department of Labor. .
