Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 ( 42 U.S.C. 5301 et seq. ) is amended by adding at the end the following: In addition to any amounts allocated to Indian tribes under section 106(a)(1), there is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary for grants under this title for Indian tribes, and there is appropriated, out of any monies in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $150,000,000 for fiscal year 2023 and each fiscal year thereafter. The amount made available under subsection
(a)for fiscal year 2024 and each fiscal year thereafter shall be adjusted annually to reflect the change in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. .
