Section 6 of the Native Hawaiian Health Care Improvement Act ( 42 U.S.C. 11705 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The Secretary shall make grants for providing services for the prevention and treatment of diabetes in accordance with subsection (b). For purposes of subsection (a), services under such subsection are provided in accordance with this subsection if these services are provided through the Native Hawaiian Health Care Systems. For the purpose of making grants under this section, there is appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $9,000,000 for each fiscal year. .
