Section 7(a) of the Coastal Barrier Resources Act ( 16 U.S.C. 3506(a) ) is amended— by striking the Coastal Barrier Improvement Act of 1990 and inserting the ; and Strengthening Coastal Communities Act of 2022 by striking promulgate regulations and inserting revise or promulgate regulations and guidance, as necessary, . Section 3(2) of the Coastal Barrier Resources Act ( 16 U.S.C. 3502(2) ) is amended by striking Committee on Resources and inserting Committee on Natural Resources .
