Section 303(a) of the DNA Sexual Assault Justice Act of 2004 ( 34 U.S.C. 40722(a) ) is amended, in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by inserting , and to implement evidence-based, trauma-informed practices to otherwise improve the investigation of, and response to, sexual assault cases after DNA evidence .
