Section 487(a) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1094(a) ), as amended by section 5, is further amended by adding at the end the following: The institution will not require or pressure any prospective, accepted, or enrolled student at the institution to submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid under section 483 if such student does not wish to apply for or accept Federal student aid. .
