Section 9(2) of the United Nations Participation Act of 1945 ( 22 U.S.C. 287e–1(2) ), is amended by striking 30 and inserting 41 . There is established in the Treasury of the United States a fund to be known as the Health Systems and Resilience Fund . There is authorized to be appropriated to the Health Systems and Resilience Fund $10,000,000, which— shall be used by USAID for global health activities in challenging environments and countries in crisis; and shall remain available until expended.
