Not later than 120 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall submit a report to the appropriate congressional committees that— identifies any barriers for applicants applying for employment with the Department; provides demographic data of online applicants during the most recent 3 years disaggregated by race, ethnicity, gender, age, veteran status, disability, geographic region, and any other categories determined by the Secretary; assesses any barriers that exist for applying online for employment with the Department, disaggregated by race, ethnicity, gender, age, veteran status, disability, geographic region, and any other categories determined by the Secretary; and includes recommendations for addressing any disparities identified in the online application process.
