Section 11(a) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2020(a) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: With respect to any obligation of a State agency to comply with the notification requirement under paragraph
(2)of section 421(e) of the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 ( 8 U.S.C. 1631(e) ), notwithstanding the requirement to include in that notification the names of the sponsor and the sponsored alien involved, the State agency shall be considered to have complied with the notification requirement if the State agency submits to the Attorney General a report that includes the aggregate number of exceptions granted by the State agency under paragraph
(1)of that section. .
